Public gets rare close-up view of Arkansas Capitol's historic chandelier

The Arkansas State Capitol lowered their chandelier earlier today, an occasion that happens every couple of years to conduct inspections and maintenance.

This has become a tradition for the public, as they all take the opportunity to see the mesmerizing gem up close.

Chris Powell, press secretary for the Arkansas Secretary of State, stopped by Little Rock ARC to speak on the history of the chandelier.
